Shipping Information

Our shipping rates are calculated based on weight & dimension. If there is an overcharge, it will be refunded. Just so you are aware, it is about the same price to ship 3 items as it is 1. Your welcome to contact us for a shipping estimate on multiple items or check the Canada Post website for rates and options. Currently, we only ship within Canada and the USA.

Shipping within Canada

"Standard" Shipping via Canada Post is 5 days within British Columbia and 9 days national. This service is provided in listing. Shipping options before are listed as an "upgrade".
"Express" Shipping via Canada Post is "next day" within BC and 2 days national.
Where possible, please provide a numbered street address instead of a PO Box.
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for orders $75 CDN and above if shipped to an Canadian address (Use the coupon code CANADA).

Shipping to the USA

Transit Duration: 6-10 days business days between major cities.
Shipping cost: $21 CDN for parcels up to 0.9 kg. Heavy shipments will require additional shipping. We will notify you if shipping is more expensive.
Where possible, please provide a numbered street address instead of a PO Box.
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for orders $99 CDN and above if shipped to an US address (Use the coupon code UNITEDSTATES). 

International Shipping

Currently, we do NOT accept international orders.

Order Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking. If a tracking number is provided in the shipping notification, it is the responsibility of the buyer to monitor the status of the parcel in transit using the tracking information provided. This information allows the buyer to estimate when their order will arrive as well as alert them to missed delivery attempts, delays or other delivery complications that may require further action. Should the buyer fail to collect or arrange re-delivery of the parcel resulting in it being “returned to sender”, they will be responsible for any subsequent re-delivery charges incurred.

Shipping Delays, Damage & Loss

We securely pack all orders before shipping them out. Unfortunately, delays, damage and loss of parcels are a possibility during transit and in these events, we cannot be held responsible once orders are handed over to the respective shipping service.


I DREAM IN EVERGREEN is happy to offer one-of-a-kind guest gifts! They make exquisite wedding favors, corporate gifts, baby shower & birthday favors. We can custom label (names + dates) our mini 2 oz amber glass candles, custom stamp our organic bar slices or blend a beautiful 2 oz jar of dead sea bath salts for your special event!

Return Policy
I want you to be satisfied with your purchase! If, for some reason, you just are not feeling it please contact us at within 15 days from the date you purchase. We will offer a store credit for the cost of the item paid, though not the cost of shipping. The product must be returned in a securely packaged box with original packing slip or receipt inside.
With your return shipment: please include your packing slip and/or note with order #, name and reason for the return.
PLEASE NOTE: Exchanges will not be accepted after 15 days from receipt.

Additional Information (please read before ordering!)

Our products should be stored in a cool area (below 30°C/86°F), away from direct sunlight. Many of our products are preservative free while others contain a natural preservative called Lactobacillus Ferment (which is derived from fermented radish root), so we recommend using them within 9 months as this is the average shelf life of the natural oils and butters that we use to make them.

As with all bath and body products, we suggest you do a test patch if you have sensitive skin and discontinue use if necessary. If you have any concerns about being sensitive to certain products or ingredients, please get in touch prior to placing an order and we can discuss your options.

IMPORTANT: All I DREAM IN EVERGREEN products are for external use only. The information we supply is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and it should not be used by anyone who is pregnant, under the care of a medical practitioner or have nut allergies.

1. Our products contain pure, therapeutic grade essential oils in them, so we do not recommend our products for use by pregnant or nursing moms.

2. Many of our products contain nut/seed oils, therefore, we do not recommend them for persons with allergies.

3. As with all new products that you are planning to begin using on your skin, always test it on a small area first to see if any allergic reaction or breakouts occur. If you have any problems, discontinue use immediately. All products are for external use only. 

4. NEVER eat or ingest any of I DREAM IN EVERGREEN product.

5. Products containing natural colorant or natural clay may potentially stain light colored wash cloths. It is best to test a small area first or use a dark wash cloth instead.

6. Because our products are handmade, they may vary in weight slightly, color & appearance. Please take this into consideration when ordering.

7. Please be aware that certain products can have high volumes of oils in them and may cause your bath tub to become slippery. Therefore, take care getting into and out of the tub. To prevent a fall, please make sure your tub is cleaned after every use.

+ What is the shelf life of your products?
We recommend using them within 9-12 months as this is the natural shelf life of many of the oils we use. Keep out of direct sunlight and store in a cool place.

+ How do I care for my products between use?
Always secure lids tightly and never leave in the shower (however the Body Polishes can be left to dry overnight without a lid). Also, hands should ALWAYS been freshly washed before dipping into jars! When enjoying the body polishes make sure you drain out any excess water before storing.

+ Are your products tested on animals?
Absolutely not! We are cruelty free from field to jar. We are also certified Vegan & Cruelty Free by PETA and the Leaping Bunny Program. We only purchase our materials from PETA and Leaping Bunny approved suppliers.

+ Where are you located?
We are proudly Canadian and are settled in the northern mountains of British Columbia.

+ When should I expect my order to arrive?
Please allow 7 business days for production. In this time, we freshly craft your items, label, package and prep them for shipping. In Canada, transit time is 6-8 business days. USA is 2-4 weeks. We currently do NOT accept international orders.

+ Do your products contain nut oils?
Yes, they do. We use kukui nut, hazelnut and sweet almond oils throughout our line. Therefore, we do not recommend them for those who suffer from nut allergies. Always seek the advice of your doctor before starting any new beauty routine.

+ How do I use the face oils?
Start with a freshly cleansed face & neck. Leave damp and gently apply 3-4 drops of oil in circular motions to your face & neck. Let dry and you can now apply your mineral makeup!
